Our Story
Established in 2011, Wealthfin is celebrating 15 years of helping clients navigate property finance with clarity and confidence.
Wealthfin was built on a simple belief, that finance, when structured thoughtfully, becomes a tool for building long term security and opportunity. It is this philosophy that underpins our approach to Wealth Through Finance.

Andrew Monk
Managing Director
Andrew has been a mortgage broker since 2005. Over that time he has written over half a billion dollars in lending for both investors and owner occupiers.
He works directly with every client and remains accessible outside traditional banking hours, evenings and weekends included, because finance decisions rarely fit neatly into business hours.
Across more than two decades in the industry, Andrew has guided clients through multiple lending cycles, including the Global Financial Crisis and the uncertainty surrounding COVID. That experience provides perspective, and perspective helps clients make decisions that stand the test of time.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has been recognised as an MPA Top 25 Mortgage Broker in Australia for two consecutive years and was nominated as a finalist in the Australian Mortgage Awards Young Broker of the Year.
His philosophy is simple, thoughtful finance decisions build options, and options build freedom.
Anthony Barnes
Administration & Processing
Anthony is Wealthfin's office based support and is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to assist clients throughout the loan process.
Working closely with Andrew, Anthony helps collate documentation, prepares applications for submission and manages communication with lenders to ensure files are complete and ready to lodge. He plays a key role in keeping applications organised and progressing smoothly from submission through to settlement.
Clients often work with Anthony during the document collection and preparation stage, where his attention to detail and clear communication help simplify what can otherwise feel like a complex process.
